Please be aware that during these uncertain times, that should you feel unwell before your visit to Mitchelcroft, we ask that you do not travel.
Should you become unwell whilst at Mitchelcroft, we will ask that you leave immediately and return home.
Should this not be possible and you have to self-isolate at Mitchelcroft you will be charged for the 14 days isolation period in advance as well as the number of nights you have already stayed at Mitchelcroft.
Our cancellation policy during these times will be 48 hours for guests and 24 hours for host.

THINGS TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR VISIT
1 When you book via Mitchelcroft Web Site, NO money is taken from your account. Your card details are kept securely via our partners at Sage Pay. However should you not turn up for your stay we are able to process your card via Sage Pay to extract payment for lost bookings. THEREFORE NO DEPOSIT IS NECCESSARY.
2 The full amount of your stay will be taken at the end of your visit either by cash, cheque, credit or debit card and are all free of charge. Booking.Com does charge us 15% commission when you book via their site which is why when you book direct with us on our web site, we can offer you a better rate for your stay.
We regret we are unable to process American Express and Diners Card.
3 During these Covid-19 times, should you need to cancel your booking we make no charge if the cancellation is 2 days prior to your stay. After 2 days regretfully we charge for the first nights stay of your booking.
However should we need to postpone your booking because we have been asked to close, no charge will be made to your account.
4 We do advise guests holidaying within the UK to take out travel insurance to help out when there is a problem.
6 Unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs, except guide dogs.
7 We have no family rooms so are unable to provide accommodation for children under 12 years
